We understand browsing online can’t replace the experience of seeing products in person,but we highly encourage you to view the design options we offer prior to your design center appointment.

HOW TO PREPARE…

See something you like or have questions? Take notes and bring them with you to review during your individual appointment. Some additional items that may be useful during the appointment are:

• Photos of homes you may have toured

• Inspirational photos or Mood Boards showing how you envision your future home

• Any wallpaper, fabrics or paint colors you love

• Space planners or renderings regarding furniture layout or desired outcomes

• Introduction/Overview – Review structural details (Please note: These cannot be changed 7 days after contract date)

•  Wiring Selections/Structured Wiring Only

• Recessed Lighting/Ceiling Fans and prewire options

• Review Low Voltage selections

Cabinetry, Hardware and Countertop Options

Sink and Faucet Options

Backsplash Offerings

pendant Light Offerings

•  Hard Surface Flooring and Carpet Offerings (stain for stairs and railing)

•  Lower-Level Selections (if applicable)

•  Bathroom Selections

  Vanities and countertops

         Bath finish packages and lighting

       Wall and floor tile options

  Chandeliers, pendants, additional plumbing fixtures

 If time allows, we will complete and sign off on your Design Studio appointment. If it does not, you will sign off on these selections digitally. we want to maximize the time allotted for your selections so please arrive on time. Our communities and home plans vary, which means your appointment can last anywhere from two to four hours. In the event that you are running late or cannot make it to your appointment, please call, as we may need to reschedule.

*Certain policies prevent removing/adding items after different phases of construction. We make every effort to accommodate our home buyers and at times this is not possible due to cut-off stage restrictions. Time is of the essence in choosing and finalizing your selections. Availability of selected material are subject to change and are not guaranteed. Vendors may discontinue certain products and this may require you to reselect your options as quickly as possible to prevent delay in construction.
